New publication on ALMPs for refugees
20.02.2025: A new study examines on the basis of the IAB-BAMF-SOEP Survey of Refugees whether participation in the ESF-BAMF program or an active labor market program (ALMP) offered by the Federal Employment Agency is associated with higher chances of refugees entering vocational education and training (VET).

New publication on refugee women's integration into the German VET system
30.03.2025: The transition rates of refugee women into vocational education and training remain at a persistently low level. A new study, based on the IAB-BAMF-SOEP refugee survey, examines the extent to which this is associated with traditional gender norms as well as the women’s human capital endowments.
